Outside food is not permitted inside the villa. Our in-house team prepares authentic homestyle meals. Parents of infants may access the kitchen for baby meals with prior approval.
Can we access the kitchen ourselves?

The kitchen is a commercial kitchen managed exclusively by our in-house team. Guests do not have direct access. Parents of infants may use it for baby meals with prior approval.
What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. 24h building staff available for self check-in. Early/late requests can be raised directly.
Is there a security deposit? What is the music policy?

A refundable security deposit is applicable at check-in. Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM. The property is in a gated community — please drive slowly on the approach road.
